Beleg Cuthalion by BrokenMachine86.  Beautiful illustration in colored pencil.

I wrote for Beleg for a Tolkien RPG, and he’ll always have a soft spot in my heart.  Too fierce to stay in his protected forest when others were battling evil, he followed no captain but himself and could not be restrained in battle.  In the end it was not his enemies who killed him, but a friend he would not abandon.
