Hi everyone - I’m interrupting your dash with some artwork by my wonderful friend, inky bat​. 

Tonight, Monday March 30th 2015, Eric received a brutal and unprovoked attack by three policemen. He was approached by three cops, and as he took a step away from them, they assumed he was “resisting arrest” and jumped him. His head was smashed into a brick wall, and they threatened to shoot him.

He’s now recovering in a hospital, but he’s (quite understandably) shaken and worried. I can only imagine the trauma he’s going through.

If you’ve never had the pleasure of knowing Eric, he’s a sweet, kind, and gentle person with a wonderful sense of humor, incredible talent, and an adorable little family. That this happened to someone so good is terribly heartbreaking.

If you can, please consider supporting his brilliant artwork - I imagine he’ll need the extra funds to cover hospital/injury costs, lawyer fees, and goodness knows what else. And if you haven’t got spare cash, please try to spread the word!
