A few months ago I got a call from Mike Deodato inviting me to color a poster he was working on for the comedian Leo Lins’ solo show.

I confess it was surreal to be invited by someone whose work I grew up with, even copying some of his illustration work during the drawing classes I used to take. I obviously jumped right in without hesitating. I’m really happy for being personally invited by him. I hope I can work again with him in the future.
